well first thing first school is starting tomorrow and i have a massive headache atm >< i think its from the lack of sleep ive been having through the holiday but its okay! its only 8.30 and im gonna sleep when im done blogging so its gooooodddd :D

Holidays have been kinda normal and fun :D

the best bit of the holidays was on saturday when i went to singapore day.
Singapore day made me home sick! I was born in singapore if a few of you didnt realise and well i lived in singapore till i was like ermm 9.. so i lived in singapore for NINE YEARS!! and then i moved to austrlia in 2002 i think >< and this year should be my Sixth year in Australia.. Through Out the 6 years ive been here i have not been back to singapore. so that 6 years without my home!! even though i have a home here too...

Neways when i went to Singapore day. It reminder me so much of Singapore - maybe that was the point.. dunno - well all the freebies the show and the food made me realise that i really want to go back to singapore! But im going back at the end of year :D

well anyway ill tell you singapore day in detail now :D

Firstly it took me 40 mins to get into the actual carnival thingy...
LONG LONG LINE MAN!!
well when i got inside me and jasmine met up with darren,jerusha and issac. Sarah was meant to come but she like slept... so yea..
but its good! the whole day was too awesome because it didnt matter who i was with.. it was fun :D but i still had fun with them. so its kay. KAY?

First thing i did when i went in was go around like every stall to get FREEBIES!! Lol it was the best had alot of good stuff..
Then soon after alot of freebies all of us went down to get seats at the stage thingy..

First act thingy was PCK!!! (Phua Chu Kung)
Man he is so funny!! if you guys dont know him... you should like jump off a building >.< he is a really pro actor/Comedian. You just had to be there to see him. Never laughed so hard in ages. Then soon after his act.
there were like drama groups, singers, including SINGAPORE IDOL winner!!, Band people... also like other ppl i think there was like the singapore prime minister persn...

all of it was kinda boring except for the PCK bit :D So when Pck Wasnt on me jerusha went to get food >.<
ALL THE FOOD THERE WAS FREE MAN!!
got so much! but u had line up for it so it takes quite a while so i didnt eat alot of things...
i had Roti Prata (took like 30-40 mins time of lining up...)
Spagetti (30 mins..)
some noodle soup thing famous in singapore its like the best! for some reason it didnt take long to get.. so yea.

There was other food like
Nasi Lemak
Satay
Chilli Crab
Mee siam
Chicken Wings
Clay pot rice
Laksa
Fried kway teow (cant spell properly.. my mum gave me that spelling :D)
and like alot more!

ALL FREE!!!
soo we got like free food, free drinks, FREEBIES which include pens, lollipops, T-shirts, Badges, Card Holders, Stickers, Stamps, your own made bunny :D, Soft toys, Hat, A string thingy that you can attach to a phone so you can wear around your neck. That thingy alot more too.. Show you pictures in a sec.

After we had alot of food we went back down to the show and we saw more PCK more acts then they ended the show.

The whole Singapore day event was amazing also very special.
One of the reasons it was special was because Singapore day Only happens ONCE a year and each year this event is held in a different place.. Last Year Singapore day was held in New York. This year Australia and luckily Melbourne otherwise i would have not gone :'( .

So Yea The whole day was just amazing.
It really made me miss singapore =[
And knowing us singaporeans we like free stuff :D and we also like a good show.
This event brought both Esp with the free food bit!! So AWESOME.
so right now im misssing Singapore..

Bottom Left includes the SG goodie bag, baby wipes, lolliepops, pens and some singapore show voucher thingy... so yea :D

The baby wipes so funny it reminded me of daniel. all i could picture was him saying it in his fake accent >.< lol SO CLEAN WAN!

The Logo Of Singapore Day! Its pretty cool. Sg is singapore and theres a heart and on the heart there is a koala bear representing Australia and how we are uniting as one :D soo cool so its saying
I heart Singapore and Australia :D


So yea even though im loving Australia i still miss Singapore :(
cant wait till 4th of december :D

but first school starts tomorrow...
now its 10... took me one and a half hours for this post-.-
